At Hayloft on the Arch we are more than just a DIY venue.  We offer extensive coordinating with any package you choose.  That means, throughout your planning process we are here to call on with any questions regarding vendors, the timeline, the floor plan of your event, etc.  And the day of?  We have it all under control!  You drop off your decor & we set it up to your specifications.  We are onsite from the first person who arrives until the end of the event & your belongings are repackaged, making sure your day runs smooth & on schedule.
