Sure the property is well kept, tidy & always event ready. But what sets Hayloft apart from other venues is the onsite coordination. What can cost upwards of $3,500+ comes included in any event package. You work with Alisha throughout the entire process, planning your timeline, the floor plan & all little detail that will make your event unique. She will be onsite to coordinate your rehearsal so your ceremony runs as smooth as silk. And the day of? Alisha & her staff will set up all preassembled decor. They are onsite throughout the entire event to coordinate & keep everything running on time & will repackage decor at the end of the night.

There is something to be said about the convenience of a ceremony & reception taking place on the same property! But when the coordination of the ceremony is included in the package, it becomes a no brainer to have the entire event at one location!
Our ceremony package includes a coordinated rehearsal the week of the event, 100 white padded folding chairs (see photo) set in desired location & removed after, coordination for the ceremony; including directing guests to the location, working with DJ or musicians for timing of music & directing attendants/bridal party down the aisle.
Friday & Saturday: $800
Over 30 acres that includes a meandering stream that borders the property, a quaint chapel perfect for photos or ceremonies, rolling hills, a 4,000+ square foot patio with a Grain Bin Bar your guests are sure to gush over, a 9' tall custom fire pit, an easily accessible gravel/lit parking lot with sidewalks leading to the barn, and a six passenger golf cart to transport guests throughout the property for photos or to ceremony locations.
Onsite throughout the entire event to direct guests to appropriate event locations (ceremony, cocktail hour, etc). Also, keeps bathrooms stocked and tidy & the property looking presentable during the event.
Furnished with three well lit makeup stations, a full length mirror, a place to hang dresses, ample seating & decor that is perfect for those getting ready photos.
Catering Prep Room
Stainless steel prep surfaces, a two door cooler and a large double sink, along with other outdoor amenities available outside for onsite cooking.
Tables & Chairs
300 Fruitwood Chiavari chairs, thirty 60" round tables, five 48" round tables, thirty-five 8' long tables, ten 6' long tables, two half round tables, one serpentine table, seven high boy cocktail tables.
Located in the lower level of the building, modern & well kept restrooms. A handicap accessible restroom is also available.
Preferred Vendor List
We do welcome outside vendors onsite, but over the course of multiple seasons we have worked with some incredible vendors that always exceed our high expectations of service and are familiar with the property. A detailed list of vendors will be sent when you inquire with us.
Available throughout the planning process via email, phone, FaceTime or in person to answer questions regarding the venue, property, timeline, etc.
A Month Out Meeting: scheduled for 30 days prior to the event, at the venue with the client and any key vendors to review details of the event, timeline and create a computer generated floor plan custom to each event.
Final Meeting: scheduled the week of the event to discuss details of the event & drop off preassembled decor.
Decor will be set by Hayloft staff according to the information given at the final meeting.
Onsite the entire day to assist with keeping to the event timeline, as well as, a liaison between the client & vendors.
Clean up of decor for same night pick up or at a scheduled time the following day.
